This platform connects job seekers ("Candidates") with employers ("Employers"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate information.
- No fraudulent or illegal use is allowed.
3. Services
For Candidates:
- Apply for job roles listed on the platform.
- Pay ₹500 to schedule an interview.
For Employers:
- Post job roles by paying ₹300.
- Access candidate applications.
4. Payment Terms
Candidate Fee: ₹500 (non-refundable). Does not guarantee job selection.
Employer Fee: ₹300 (non-refundable) per job listing.
5. Interview Process
- Interviews are scheduled after successful application.
- If selected, no further interviews for that role.
- If rejected, re-attempt is not guaranteed.
6. No Job Guarantee
We do not guarantee job placement. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
7. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate details.
- Maintain professionalism.
- Do not misuse the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, employer decisions, or any loss resulting from platform usage.
9. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
